How can we experience with our senses what we take from the Earth and what we give back to it? How do regenerative principles nourish our well-being?
"Eat after Use" turns eating into a shared experience of cycles and regeneration. Everything rooted in the soil becomes part of us through our food and what we create eventually returns to the earth in another form. The idea of edibility symbolizes a world in which things once again become part of natural cycles.
The evening weaves together culinary tastings, conversations, and an artistic staging into a collective experience. At the heart of this reimagined table culture is the creation of a framework for conversations about food, cycles, and the principles of regenerative practice with experts Sarah Schmollmüller, Alfred Grand and Andrea Heistinger.
